- How it Works: By connecting these accounts, you authorize our system to fetch incoming messages into your Trendify Boost Inbox. If the AI Reply feature is enabled, our AI engine will generate and send responses based on your predefined settings.
- User Consent: You explicitly grant us permission to access, process, and store these messages solely for the purpose of providing the AI automation service.
3. Data Collection & Usage
To provide our IT and AI services, we collect specific data:
- Personal Information: Name, Email, Phone number, and Business address.
- Communication Data: Incoming and outgoing messages from connected platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.).
- Purpose: This data is used strictly to facilitate the AI Chatbot functionality, manage your account, provide customer support, and improve our service algorithms. We do not sell or share your sensitive business messages with third-party advertisers.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content of the messages sent via our AI.
- You must ensure that your use of our service complies with the privacy policies of the third-party platforms (e.g., Meta’s policy for WhatsApp/Messenger).
- You agree not to use our AI services for spamming, harassment, or any illegal activities.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
- Payments: All service fees must be paid in advance through our authorized payment gateways.
- Billing: Services are billed on a project basis or monthly/yearly subscription model as per your chosen plan.
- Refund Policy: * Due to the digital nature of our services (Web Dev, Design, Marketing, and AI API usage), all sales are final.
- Refunds are only considered if we fail to deliver the promised service within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Once an AI Chatbot is integrated and active, no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle.
6. Data Security & Privacy
We implement robust encryption and security protocols to protect your sensitive business messages. However, users acknowledge that no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Trendify Boost account credentials.
7. Limitation of Liability
Offer Trend shall not be liable for any errors in AI-generated responses, loss of data, or any business interruptions caused by third-party platform updates or technical failures beyond our control.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate any of these terms or if we detect any fraudulent activity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
