1. General Overview
Trendify Boost provides professional services in web design, digital marketing, SEO, social media management, paid ads, graphic design, e-commerce development, and digital product distribution.
By engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
2. Payment Policy
Website Design & Development
We do not require any advance payment before starting a project.
Payment is collected after the full website is delivered to the client.
In rare cases, we may ask for $10â$16 in advance to purchase a domain name.
Once a domain is purchased, the payment is non-refundable.
After the website is delivered, payments are non-refundable, unless we fail to deliver as promised in the initial agreement.
If we cannot deliver according to the agreed plan, the design fee will be refunded (excluding the domain and hosting costs).
Digital Marketing
No payment is required before starting.
For paid ad campaigns, clients will pay after ads become active.
Clients may choose to pay part by part or in full.
However, each stage of the work will start only after the previous payment is cleared.
Technical SEO
Monthly SEO contracts require advance payment.
Due to the nature of SEO, no refunds will be provided once the month has started.
Social Media Management
Payment terms will be discussed individually depending on the project and duration.
Graphic Design
A preview with watermark will be shown before payment.
After all revisions are complete, the final files will be delivered upon full payment.
Revisions are limited to a reasonable number (up to 3 rounds).
E-Commerce Solutions
Full payment is required after project completion and delivery confirmation.
Paid Media / Ad Campaign Management (Facebook, Google, Instagram)
A minimum one-day payment must be made before launching the campaign.
Clients must send the next payment within 24 hours to keep the campaign running.
Clients can also pay for multiple days or the entire campaign in advance.
Email Marketing & Content Marketing
No advance payment is required. Payment is collected after service completion.
3. Digital Products
All digital products, software, subscriptions, coins, or in-game items are purchased legally through official sources.
In some cases, clients may need to provide login details to complete their purchase.
For products that can be delivered using User ID (UID), no login access is required.
Trendify Boost purchases licenses or subscriptions using our verified international payment methods on behalf of clients who lack dual-currency cards.
Clients must agree to our policy before requesting such purchases.
Refund & Return Policy for Digital Products
Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, no refund or return is possible.
All sales are final because digital products are automatically activated and cannot be reversed.
Trendify Boost is not responsible for incorrect details provided by clients.
4. Data Privacy and Security
Client data, credentials, and information are kept strictly confidential.
We never share, sell, or misuse client data.
However, Trendify Boost will not be responsible for security issues caused by client-side actions (e.g., sharing credentials with third parties).
5. Revisions and Delivery
All services will be delivered according to the mutually agreed plan and timeline.
Minor revisions are included in the service package; excessive or major changes may incur additional costs.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a project before work begins at no cost.
Once work has started, cancellation may be subject to partial payment for time and resources used.
For SEO and Paid Media services, no refund will be issued after activation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trendify Boost is not liable for business losses, ad account bans, or results that depend on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google).
We guarantee our effort and service quality, not specific performance outcomes.
8. Policy Updates
Trendify Boost reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
