Welcome to TrendifyBoostFlow (operated under InventFlow). By accessing our website, creating an account, or connecting your social media channels (including Facebook Pages, Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp Cloud API, TikTok, Telegram), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using our software platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

Agreement: By using TrendifyBoostFlow, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate, complete registration details and maintain the security of your account login credentials.

2. Platform Services & License Grant

SaaS Access: TrendifyBoostFlow provides a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for social media management, unified customer chat, AI-driven message automation, and marketing integration.
Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform strictly in accordance with these Terms and your active subscription tier.

3. Meta & Social Media Platform Compliance

When connecting your Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) accounts or third-party platforms to TrendifyBoostFlow, you explicitly agree to comply with:

Meta Platform Terms & Developer Policies: You must comply with Meta’s policies regarding message frequency, data privacy, and commercial communications.
WhatsApp Business Policy: You agree not to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam). All WhatsApp outreach outside the 24-hour customer window must use Meta-approved Message Templates.
Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use Policy: You shall not use TrendifyBoostFlow to transmit illegal, harassing, deceptive, pornographic, offensive, or infringing content.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your connected Meta Pages, Instagram Accounts, and WhatsApp Business Accounts.

4. AI Automated Messaging & Agent Guidelines

AI Output Responsibility: TrendifyBoostFlow provides AI Assistant capabilities (powered by Large Language Models) for draft generation and auto-replies. While our AI Orchestrator enforces guardrails and tool safety checks, you remain ultimately responsible for reviewing and supervising the automated communications sent to your customers.
No Deceptive Impersonation: You must not configure AI agents to falsely claim human identity if asked directly by a customer, in compliance with consumer protection laws.

5. Subscription Fees & Payment Terms

Subscription Billing: Access to premium platform features is billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
Supported Payment Gateways: Payments are processed via bKash, Binance Pay, Stripe, or authorized local gateways.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via account settings.
Taxes: Subscription prices are exclusive of applicable local taxes, VAT, or digital service charges unless explicitly stated.

6. Intellectuality & Ownership Rights

Platform Ownership: InventFlow retains all rights, title, and interest in and to TrendifyBoostFlow, including software code, UI designs, logos, algorithms, and documentation.
User Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of your business data, product catalogs, graphics, and customer messages. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and process your content solely to provide platform services.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account or contacting support.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if:
You violate these Terms or Meta’s Platform Terms.
You fail to pay due subscription fees.
Your account is used for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

8. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

“As-Is” Service: TrendifyBoostFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Downtime & Third-Party API Limits: We are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by Meta API outages, internet disruptions, or third-party platform policy modifications.
Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, InventFlow’s aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to TrendifyBoostFlow during the three (3) months preceding the event.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiations, failing which it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
